Watergate Open Air September

at Sage Beach, Berlin

After a summer defined by dance and devotion, honouring Watergate’s legacy, The “DON’T STOP THE DANCE” Open Air series arrives at its final chapter.

A proper closing requires a legend, and so we turn to one of our longest-standing companions: Sven Väth.
For over two decades, Sven has been a part of the family. His relationship with Watergate runs deep, is a story of mutual respect, trust, and countless nights. As one of Berlin’s key homes for Sven throughout the years, Watergate has hosted his magnetic vinyl-only sets and marathon journeys, always bridging generations through sound and spirit.

Alongside him, a robust lineup of artists who’ve each etched their own lines into Watergate’s story:

André Galluzzi. From the very beginning, André was there. A pioneer of the club’s early sound, his longform sets at Watergate shaped its identity. André’s return is more than fitting, it’s essential.

Maayan Nidam. Always ahead of the curve, Maayan brought a raw and exploratory energy to her appearances at Watergate. Whether live or DJing, her sets defied expectations and always felt like a step into the unknown, precisely the kind of risk-taking we love.

Magda. Her sets at Watergate were moments. Minimal, hypnotic, yet with an unmistakable edge. A key figure in the evolution of the club’s sound, Magda always delivered something that felt both futuristic and rooted in subculture.

Maurizio Schmitz. A Watergate regular and trusted resident throughout the years, Maurizio has been a key part of bridging the club’s inner community with the wider scene. His warm-up sets laid the emotional groundwork for countless iconic nights.
