Watergate started an ongoing process to improve the internal structures and install a sustainable awareness concept, to create a safer environment for our staff & guests and prevent discrimination.

• Watergate is teaming up with SAME BUT DIFFERENT ( to reflect the status quo and actively checking existing structures.

• We are offering awareness & first aid training to our team to assist if guests or staff feel unwell and/or discriminated in any way.

• We are working with an external expert from SAME BUT DIFFERENT, who will be the contact person and mentor for our staff in any cases of discrimination, mobbing & exclusion.
